“It has been great having Dafydd as my Personal Trainer. I am amazed at the results I have seen in such a relatively short period of time. In fact, the transformation to my physique and fitness level has been such a positive experience it has inspired me to take up Aikido at the age of 50!”
Karl Burtonshaw of 106.5 FM Radio Tircoed.

With a background of playing rugby since the age of ten Dafydd has a lot of experience of sportspecific training and nutrition. Not only did he play for Swansea R.F.C. and West Glamorgan County at school level, he was identified by the Welsh Rugby Union as an ‘elite player’ and, consequently, was trained under the W.R.U. Elite Player Programme and later went on to play rugby for Wales at Under 16 level. During this time he received training from the country’s top coaches and even received strength coaching from a former Olympic powerlifter.
