COMMERCIAL property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has let six units in as many months at Oxwich Court.
The Swansea Enterprise Park development comprises 33,000 sq ft of industrial space with 18 high-specification industrial units ranging from 500 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.
Clients include Rexel Senate and Samatrix, the latter which moved from seven to 12 to expand its business operations.
